System Navigation
We provide personalized support to help individuals and families understand and access various services, programs and resources. Get help navigating complex systems like healthcare, education, government services, and more.
Settlement Support
Our settlement support services assist both newcomers and long-term residents in our community. We offer support with housing assistance, employment support, government documents, language services, and community resources (BWCS programs). We aim to help individuals/families navigate challenging situations and ease the transition to a new life in Canada.
Device Loan + MLC Printing, Faxing, Filling Forms, Photocopying
We offer everyone the opportunity and space to use devices in-house. Visitors are always welcome and invited to use our computers, fax documents, and access the photocopier and printer when needed.
In partnership with the Millennium Learning Centre, we offer a device loaning program to Ritchie residents, providing laptops and tablets to individuals facing digital barriers.
